Of Owney’s they say

In New York, Bridget C Firtle abandoned her job as a financial analyst to set up as a distiller in Brooklyn. Her Owney’s NYC is a premium white rum made from very sweet high-grade organic molasses from Florida and Louisiana, in a copper pot-column hybrid still.
