It all began in 1759 when a man named Jacob Beam sold his first barrels of corn whiskey. Seven generations later, brothers Steve and Paul Beam started their own chapter of the family history book as proud Kentucky bourbon distillers. With the help of their father who still had ties to the local bourbon community, the brothers reconstructed a small distillery reminiscent of an era gone by - Limestone Branch Distillery. Some rules are made to be broken. Prohibition for example. Remus Bourbon is carefully crafted at the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Located above the pure and plentiful Miami Aquifer, it’s also the location of one of Remus’ largest distilleries during Prohibition, Squibb Distillery.

For nearly 200 years, Lawrenceburg’s master distillers and blenders have been perfecting the original hand-crafted rye blends in one of America’s last Prohibition-era distilleries.

The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey was named after founder Ciaran Mulgrew’s father, a career bartender for over 50 years, who always stayed true to the barman’s code and told no tales. What makes our Irish whiskey so mellow and smooth? It’s the combination of attention to detail, taking our time, and remaining humble to our craft.

Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey is “what might have been” in a bottle. In 1871, M.C. Beam began his distilling career under the supervision of his Uncle Jack Beam. By 1883, he was a partner at his own operation, where he brought his son Guy, Steve and Paul Beam’s grandfather, into the business, reawakening the stills that were silenced by Prohibition. Minor Case is an ode to what master distiller M.C. Beam’s rye whiskey would have tasted like had he not been stifled by Prohibition, aged in cream sherry casks for an unforgettable flavour.

The first ever whisky distilling license in Japan. Tokinoka is produced by the Eigashima Distillery in Japan and the history of the company can be traced back to 1679 when the Eigashima Company started producing Saké. In 1888, they started a brewery and then in 1919 the company obtained a distilling license under the name White Oak, the first ever whisky distilling license in Japan.

Rebel Bourbon bridges iconic American history with a bold, contemporary edge for the modern spirit enthusiast. Forged in 1849 as a defiant alternative to heavy, rye-heavy spirits, Rebel pioneered the famous, sweeter wheated bourbon recipe that remains its signature today. Exotico is crafted at Destiladora González González located just outside the city of Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco. Utilising a prime location for the superior agave used in our premium tequilas, our distillery uses the same methodology the González family has been using for more than 150 years. Graciela González is a Fourth Generation Distiller and the González family legacy lives on in her passion for 100% blue agave tequila made using the time-honoured techniques handed down from her grandfather to her father.
